The slurry suction hose is installed between the pump and cutter of the dredger.The slurry suction hose is armored with wear resistant steel ring.
It is suitable for suction the slurry,limestone,granite,coral,mineral and etc.
The adhesive layer has good elasticity and abrasion resistance, weather aging resistance and seawater erosion resistance.
Features:The slurry suction hose has the dual performance of positive pressure and negative pressure.
It does not flatten when used under the condition of vacuum degree -80KPa,it still has certain bending performance.
The rubber layer has good elasticity and flexibility. The outer rubber layer is ozone resistance,weather aging resistance and seawater erosion resistance.
The hose length,W.P.,hose OD and hose color can be produced by customer's request.
Inner tube:NR,BR,SBR.Wear resistant.
Reinforcement:Multi-plies high tensile strength fabrics and steel wire reinforced.
Hose cover:NR,CR.ozone resistance,weather aging resistance and seawater erosion resistance.
Ideal working temperature: -20℃ to +80℃.
